We hereby give notice that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at THE CORPORATE OFFICE OF THE COMPANY AT 25\/6, PALAMI CENTRE, NEW NATHAM ROAD, MADURAI-625014 through Video conferencing on Tuesday, 2nd March 2021 inter-alia to consider declaration of Interim dividend for the Financial year ending 31.03.2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pursuant to regulation 42 of (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend, if declared, is as detailed below;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
