The Board of Directors of Thangamayil Jewellery Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2018, inter alia, have recommended dividend of 35% i.e. Rs. 3.50 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each, (as against previous year 20% i.e. Rs. 2 per equity share) which is subject to approval by shareholders of the Company. Shares of Thangamayil Jewellery Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.503 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 500. The total number of shares traded during the day was 94 in over 20 trades.
