  • This e-Gift card once issued is activated.
  • This e-Gift card is redeembale at all Thangamayil jewellery Showrooms in India. Multiple e-gift cards can be used for a single transaction.
  • This e-Gift Cards can be used for the purchase of Gold/Diamond/Precious/Platinum/Silver ornaments except Gold Coin/Bar & Silver Coin/Bar.
  • The Gift cards can be redeemed against one transcation only. Partial redemption is not available.
  • Customers can choose any denomination ranging from Rs.500-Rs.10000 as a gifting amount.
  • This Gift Card is valid for 365 days from date of activation/issuance.
  • Any unused balance on the e-Gift card will not be refunded or credited.
  • Balance / expiry may be checked at the Thangamayil cash counters.
  • Thangamayil Jewellery Limited will not replace or reimburse the value of your card if its lost, stolen, or expired.
  • This e-Gift Card is non-encashable.
  • Bearer is responsible if an e-Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
  • This Gift card is only entitlement to credit to the extent of the load value of the Gift card and is non- en cashable.
  • If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Gift card, the balance is non-refundable.
  • This Gift card is not valid until activated.
  • No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Gift card.
  • This Gift card is not a legal tender.
  • E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.
  • No returns and no refunds on gift cards, E- gift cards and gift vouchers shipped by www.thangamayil.com.
  • Thangamayil Gift Card is distributed only by Thangamayil Jewellery Ltd. For any queries please write to [email protected] or call us on 1800 123 0505 (All days 10 am to 7 pm IST and our customer support representative will be happy to assist you.
  • In the event that the beneficiary KYC details are found to be incorrect or insufficient, Thangamayil.com retains the right to cancel the Gift cards.
  • The holder of the Gift card shall be solely responsible for its safe custody and credentials. Thangamayil.com shall not be liable and responsible for stolen or unauthorised and/or fraudulent purchases made using the card.
  • For this e-Gift Card, Indian law is applicable and jurisdiction shall be Madurai.
  • These terms & conditions are subject to change at any time, without any prior notice.
  • HOW TO REDEEM
  • Walk in-to Thangamayil store.
  • Select the applicable Thangamayil jewellery product, based on the Gift card type (refer terms & conditions).
  • At the Billing Counter, inform the cashier about the choice of making payment using Gift Cards.
  • Cashier selects Gift Card as payment mode, submits Gift Card & Scratch details in the system and completes the billing process.
